There is jazz music of all tempos, so while much Balboa is associated with fast music, it also feels wonderful to use Bal mechanics to dance slowly. Learn the basics of this unique dance and get yourself ready for the only Slow Balboa event in the USA which happens right here in Washington, DC, Stardust Slow Balboa Weekend (November 14-16).
