Lindy hop is an athletic dance that we can enjoy for life if we take care of our bodies! This interactive class aims to teach you the key components of injury prevention for Lindy Hoppers, taught by Kyle Seymour, a certified athletic trainer and fitness professional.
Kyle has been a Lindy Hopper for the past 10 years, and in his capacity as a fitness professional and athletic trainer, he’s had experience implementing sports specific injury prevention programs for athletes, returning athletes to sport following injury, and coaching strength and conditioning programs for post-rehab and general fitness clients of various ages. He holds Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
