Class Description

Learn the fundamental rhythms, movements, and partnering integral to Lindy Hop, the African American swing dance style invented in the ballrooms of 1920s/30s Harlem. In this class, you will learn six-count, eight-count, and Charleston partnered moves that will get you swinging on the social dance floor! The series is perfect for people who are new to the dance or would like to refresh the basics.
