Class Description
Incorporating bodywork, stretching, and conditioning, this three-week series endeavors to help participants take care of their bodies and prevent injury, on and off the dance floor. The classes will be cumulative, but drop-ins are welcome. Classes will help prepare dancers for DCLX, the DC Lindy Exchange on April 25-28th.
