Class Description
Collegiate Shag is another fun and energetic dance in the family of partnered swing dances. Termed "Collegiate" to refer to the young people who were doing it in ballrooms of the 1930s and '40s, it is characterized by a ballroom-type partner position paired with a hopping basic. This class is open to dancers of all levels.
