Class Description
One of the earliest partnered jazz dance sensations was the Charleston. Characterized by kicks and swinging legs, this dance can be done on its own or mixed into your Lindy Hop. This series will introduce some basic Charleston styles as well as transitional steps. Attendance to New Columbia Swing’s Drop-in lesson or basic familiarity with six-count Lindy Hop is required before beginning this series.
